SEASONS:
LOW SEASON:	9th to 31st January. The months of February, March & November. Plus the 1st to the 21st of December.
MID SEASON:	1st to 8th January, the months of April May, June & October plus the 22nd to the 31st of December.
HIGH SEASON:	The months of July, August & September.

Our primary charges is in Euros prices in pounds sterling are based on the current published Tourist exchange rate. This rate of exchange may change daily and therefore you should check with your bank or travel agent to obtain the most up to date rate.
Note should be made that certain rental properties may carry a small surcharge in view of additional amenities available (luxury furnishings, heated swimming pool ect) these can be confirmed on request/booking.
Prices can change without notice for reasons beyond our control.

Terms: Minimum of 4 nights rental. Prices include weekly change of sheets and towels. A 25% non-refundable reservation deposit is required in advance by bank transfer, balance to be paid in full 4 weeks before arrival. A holding deposit of 300€ (about £200) against breakage, telephone (if applicable) and unwarranted excess use of electricity is required on arrival
