Given notice Serena Property will arrange for the hire of baby-sitters. Other services such as hire of cots, high chairs etc. can be arranged by us.

Serena Property has private arrangements with several car hire companies and can arrange for the hire of a car. We can also arrange collection of car to either the airport or your rental home. This service is included in the price. As an inclusive service your car can be left at the airport on departure.

We have courses that vary from the world class Valderama in Sotogrande. There are over 28 eighteen hole golf courses in our immediate area and more are being constructed. All large clubs have either hotels or clubhouses attached. Remember we have well over 300 days of sunshine each year !

There is a wide selection of tennis courts and Paddle Tennis in the area.

Very much so. We now have paragliding in the Sierra Nevada, windsurfing off Tarifa, self-drive 4 wheel drive Jeeps to take you off the beaten track, clay pigeon shooting, white water rafting and much much more. Snow skiing is available at the Sierra Nevada during the season and water skiing all year round.

From the age of two upward there are things to do. In Estepona alone there is Prado Children's Park. Nearer to us there is Selwo Park, the largest Wildlife Park in Europe. Tivoli World, in Benalmedena, is an amazing fun park for children (and adults) and also is the famous Mijas Aqua Park with its water-chutes, slides and artificial waves, Your children will never be bored.

The largest Arab castle in the world (the Alhambra Palace) is nearby at Grenada, The countryside is dotted with Crusader castles, Moorish castles and fortifications. Gibraltar is only half an hour away. Cordoba is famous for its cathedral (still in use) which is inside a mosque. Across the water to Morocco (ferry or plane) one can visit the Tangier souk (market place) and the base of one of the Pillars of Hercules (a seventh wonder of the ancient world). Not fifteen minutes away from our office are Roman baths, still in use today and forty five minutes away a Roman village not far from Tarifa. The area has a plethora of historical places.

Serena Properties can arrange any number of coach trips around Andalucia and North Africa. They are cheap, very well organized and the commentary is conducted in English. These outings are strongly recommended for the whole family.

Yes. There are excellent markets along the coast. Open on Sundays . The markets vary from designer clothes to antiques, to knicknacks and souvenirs, as well as fruit and vegetables.

The Costa del Sol has the most advanced medical facilities in the country. The Costa del Sol Hospital has a large accident & Emergency Department and most staff speak English. These are many English speaking private doctors on call. You should either bring your Form E111 to cover you during your holiday and or arrange medical insurance before you depart. Doctors Telephone numbers are in the information folder in the apartment.

Q.	What does the rental price include?
A.	The rental price includes laundry once a week and cleaning. Other services are extra.

A.	There is a huge selection of good shopping on the Costa from large stores like El CORTES INGLES in Puerto Banus,out of town shopping centres like LA CANADA in Marbella. Luxury shops i.e. GUCCI and Luxury Boutiques all giving an International selection. There are also markets virtually every day with an inexpensive choice of food,T shirts,Shoes etc. clothes and shoe sizes are in the information folder.
