Answer:
Because the climate is the best in Europe with an average of 300 days of sunshine each year. The Costa del Sol has 160 kms of South facing coastline. Along its length every conceivable water sport is available. In addition there are over 30 Golf courses in the Marbella area alone, plus,

This equestrian Centre in Estepona holds daily Andalucian Horse Dancing Shows for the general public inside its 1,500 sq metre indoor riding arena. There are two large Aqua Parks on the Costa del Sol. One at Torremolinos and another at Fuengirola. These parks have all the fun things that are expected such as water slides, twisters, wave swimming pools as well as restaurants, mini golf and shaded area to relax read a book whilst the kids go wild. Safety is a strong feature within the parks and the whole family is catered for. Another must for kids that swim.
